FPS problems this patch.....again

You'd think this game would be optimized for modern PC/laptop setups, but nope! Yet again this patch there are constant FPS drops.

It's like every second patch has this issue.....

For reference I'm using an i9 9900k and a 1080ti. I SHOULD NOT, repeat, SHOULD NOT, be losing any frames as I have it capped at 144hz. This ONLY happens with League atm, I don't lose frames on any other game.
