Reports from Premade groups

I really want to know how this is balanced. There should be a lot more limitations and rules for anyone who is part of a premade group.

First: Those pre-game demands. If I had a dollar for every time a duo premade in draft or ranked demanded they get bot lane, simply because they were premade; regardless of them being last pick. Add in 2 more to that group, and you better have been planning to fill since the get-go, because if you don't, after the game they will...

Second: ...report you. The beauty of being premade, is that you have not only one, but a possible 3 other report-ers. Let's be honest, more often than not, if one member of a premade gets heated and swears they are reporting, so do his friends. Speaking personally, I am MUCH more likely to report someone for an offense if they've ticked off someone I queued with (granted, in my case, they have to have actually done something legitimately wrong -- i.e. trash talking someone in the game, be it my duo or someone else). Having said that, I really don't think my report along with my duo partner's should carry as much weight as someone solo queue who gives the same report.

I'm addressing this (AKA posting something that will never be read), because as much as I've looked into details of reports, not much information is officially given by Riot. I suppose in theory, you are just being reported. If the tribunal finds no evidence of you being a troll, or whatever, then nothing will happen. I'm not concerned about the results personally, but this just seems unfair overall.

Obviously there are other problems I'm not bothering to address, because they have been beaten to death already (i.e. communication), but I really think that the reports have fallen under the radar.

Having 9 reports from all players does not increase the speed of you getting an investigation. It is about the amount of games you get reported in.

9 reports from 1 game from the past 10 games? No problem. 9 reports from 9 games from the past 10 games? You get a serious problem.

Also report reputation is taken into account. If one keeps spamming the report button and said palyers have done nothing wrong the reports may get filtered out and it won't even lead to an investigation.

Well, you know, you should let them and, you know, fill. I always fill, even though I say I prefer support, if someone else wants it, I give it. Usually it will result in a much nicer game.

The number of games where you've been reported have more value than the number of reports in a single game.
