Cho'gath's E rework

As a cho'gath Mid main, i find this rework as a nerf to his new E. I picked him as an anti-mage/anti-assasin. I usually maxed out E first for harass and cs-ing... I love his E especially combined with Rylai and Nashor. (not to mention its passive and also no cost) He's a Beast, but now he can only use it for burst instead of harassing and cs. He's lanning phase will become much more weaker after this rework.

What have u done Rito and RIP to my carry main champ.. I hope they changed it to either very low mana per hit activatable passive or no cost short cooldown

Cho isn't hard to cs with, even without his E active. I turn it off all the time when I don't want to push, and his AA animation is smooth enough that I still get most of the farm. And W is way better for harass; it does solid damage and prevents your opponent from fighting back with abilities.

And the cost and CD at max rank is fairly low (30 mana and 4s at max rank, which will be closer to 3s with a proper build)
