[Gameplay] Mordekaiser's W does not proc Summon Aery on allies after the patch

This is something that has occured this patch. In 7.21 Summon Aery shields allies when Mordekaiser targets them with his W, but that no longer happens this match despite summon aery specifically stating that SPELLS on allies shield them.
