Beginner Players
I think if someone starts playing League they should be allowed to choose one low cost champ they think they'll do good with. Just so they can have their own to start with.

it's not hard to play a few free weak champions till you can afford someone like ashe..
but I think the harder part is finding a champion type thats right for you.. what if you get a free champion and pick one thinking it looks cool then you hate it...
Sense I was level 3 in bots I knew right then and there I liked RANGED champions. My first champion ever was 
(I bought her with RP while she was on sale.. the 400 starter RP) and It helped a lot I got 
for free from face book. and they just became my main champions while I was a low level. I still play them both.. <3
All 450 champions are unlocked for the first levels for new players
