Mastery Rank Locks

Soo, im pretty sure i'm among many people who are sick of "first time 'X Champion'." and then losing because some *** decided to ruin a game.

can we make ranked games mastery-locked, so people can't lock in a champion unless they have atleast, Mastery Rank 3 with a champion.

Im sick of getting absolute-noobs in my pvp games, who are 100% useless. i dont care if you want to learn. go play Vs the ai.
