There should be a buff that shows how long Rakan's Ult still lasts.

It lasts 4 seconds, but a buff showing how long it has remaining would be very helpful when playing both as, with, and against him.

Same thing with his E's second cast. It shows the second cast's length of time remaining on the ability icon, but I feel this should be more visible to all players.

His Q at least provides a visual effect that shows that he can heal an ally but touching them, but that doesn't have a buff either.
