[QoL Change] Give Cannon Minions Health indicator

Ever since the cannon minion health increase, last hitting it has been one of the most aggravating things I have ever had to deal with in csing. Whether it's waiting for the right moment to AA and hopefully cs or watching it get taken cause I mistimed it by half a second and a fellow minion takes it from me.

Please give us an indicator of how much health is remaining or something a little more visible (maybe like scuttle crab), so we don't have to keep eyeing the left corner of our high resolution screens. The healthbar is far too thin to see the tiny little pixel.
