@Meddler With Arcane Comet coming out, I'd like to talk about what I'm calling "Requiem's Echo"

I know I've specifically talked about this before, but after today's stream I was hoping to get one more Question answered :P

While the new runes are removing Greenfather's Gift and replacing it with Arcane Comet, I'd like to talk about the fact that regarding what I'm officially dubbing "Requiem's Echo" (Luden's effect + Karthus Ult) in that there's still this confusion as to how it actually works. Some people says the effect procs on whoever is closest, while others say you can change it using some sort of Scoreboard Shenanigans. I also know that Riot doesn't really like more RNG in the game than it should, (which I think is one of the reasons Crit Runes are getting removed so Trynd can't get that potential lvl 1 cheese lol) as well as terms like "Hidden Power" and so on. What I'm saying is that whatever the way the Requiem's Echo Effect procs on an enemy, it always feels RNG and I think if Riot made it so either you could actually KNOW who's getting hit with it or actually be able to CHOOSE who gets hit, it would make the interaction be a bit more healthy.

I don't know if Riot plans on doing more of these type of "Requiem's Echo" effects in the future, but if we can get a better way of understanding the interaction, I feel like perhaps Karthus's Ult could be at least a little healthier to play with :)
