[MOVED TOPIC] Taric and Poppy

Taric has a very balanced kit I just believe he needs a VU and everything will be a-okay! ... As for Poppy? Jesus Riot. It's like playing as a blue Stewie Griffin dressed in cheese armor and wearing a powdered wig. Also the kit is ridiculous!!

New Passive - "Ironsoul" - Poppy gains 20% more armor when under half of her health, and 30% more armor when under crowd control.

New Q - "Pack a Wallop!" - Poppy leaps a short distance dealing AoE splash damage equal to her maximum health, stunning enemies in the immediate area beneath Poppy she then gains a decaying movement speed buff along with an auto attack buff that makes her next auto attack crit, slow, and interrupt channels.

New W (Passive) - "Fair Aegis" - Poppy gains more armor and tenacity per level.

New W - "Commanding Battlecry" - Poppy's rallies nearby allies and grant them a buff that gives them and herself more attack speed, movement speed, and attack damage for a short period of time. Minions and neutral monsters are feared for 1 second if they are in range of the cry.

New E - "Soaring Metal" - Poppy throws Whomper dealing bonus true damage to the first object hit, and knocking all champions back regardless of what Whomper hit first. Every unit and champion hit has their armor reduced by 10%. Champions knocked back into a wall are stunned for a short period.

New R (Passive) - "Diplomatic Acumen" - Poppy uses her diplomatic prowess to persuade her enemies into temporary truces. Therefore every fifth auto attack silences an opponent.

New R - "Daddy's Little Warrior" - Poppy goes ballistic reminding herself of her father and upon activation gains 30% more attack damage, armor penetration, and armor. She also gains extra health and decaying health regen. She loses minion-collision, and gains a burst of movement speed that last 10 seconds. This form last for 15 seconds, and her auto attacks deal bonus true damage. Her skills are still available but now do bonus attack damage except for her W.
