If the game loads in with an afk..

As in, 4v5 from the start, can we PLEASE make it so that surrendering at 15 becomes an option? It's infuriating when the opponent's mid lane is able to free farm due to afk making it so that it doesnt matter how well you do bot lane( I won't lie, our bot lane was pretty even). Having the mid lane hit six and then tp bot is incredibly annoying. Regardless 4v5s are unfair and they're also the reason i might not even finish my placements.. I know I'm bronze, but I don't need help losing a game via 4v5 lol.
