LP earned verus lost
How is it in B4 when i win i only get 13 but when i lose i lose 23?

It means your MMR is boned. If your MMR is high you play against people with a higher elo than you and are rewarded more LP for winning against people that are ranked higher than you. If your MMR is low then it means you're playing against people of a lower Elo than you in which case you're punished for losing against people that are a lower rank than you by losing more LP.
Same thing if you're playing against people of a higher elo than you you lose less LP for losing and don't win a whole lot for winning against people with a lower elo than you.
Because you're not even playing at a bronze 4 level. Sorry to be harsh, but it's true. LP amounts are made so that if you are losing more then you are winning, then it will award you less for a win and take away more for a loss, as you are too high for your MMR. The reverse is true for if you are winning more then losing
So in reality I am below even B5?
