It should dead 15+(20%BONUS AD) true damage over 3 second upon dealing physical damage. if the true damage last longer than 3 seconds, enemy will be , reduce 50% healing and you got healed equal to the true damage. (need 5 seconds against champions to proc this) Why? Cuz people always sell these item. Dont make people buy anything when they have to sell it anyway. And since you trying to remove grievous wounds from this game, i have to say it is not good, we need grievous wounds to deal with high life steal champion.
