@Riot: Blind(s)

Can we have a serious discussion about the fact they finally fixed blinds in the exact same patch that they removed one of the only two in the game?

Are they planning on adding more? (Maybe to Taric? Refracted light makes more sense to blind than to stun.)

Or did they really put effort into fixing this to have Teemo be the only champion with the mechanic?
