This new queue system...

Okay, this is not a rant about bad players, so if your'e riding the hate train get off at the next stop. Anyway, I want a Riot employee to please tell me how exactly does the queue system work. Does it put people in games with even fair teams?? Does it group together people of the same skill level? Cause I just had a game with an enemy team that was a 4 man premade, who wasn't exactly anything special, but definitely better than my team which was composed of 2 people that had played all of 6 pvp matches in their entire league career, me, and 2 others. I acknowledge that I did bad this game. But come on. Like WTF kind of grouping is that?....
