NEW RANKED QUEUE STINKS

WHY DOES IT TAKE ON AVERAGE 20 MINUTES TO GET A GAME GOING. I'm sick of the terrible community this game has. people cant just sit around and wait and LOCK IN. seriously. get rid of that. make them lock in. im sick of wasting 35 minutes of my time waiting for a game... what happens when i have 1 hour and 45 minutes until work and 45 minutes is waiting for the queue... seriously riot. ignore this post. I've put so much money and time into this game, and nothing gets fixed or changes for the better. sick and tired
