But he will not get banned because he was typing in the chat things like "man good job velk you control the lane" "I got ganked so many times" (He only got ganked once and after that i am pretty sure he decide to to feed because after he die once he was walking in to the enemy dying) and he was typing things like that!

This person destroy the whole game and he will continue play like nothing happen!!

THAT WHY PEOPLE ARE UPSET ABOUT BANS because if someone types something "toxic" in the chat he gets insta banned but trolls like this cass they never get banned!!
