So, uh, want to fix the skill discrepancy at Diamond for next season?

Getting kind of sick of watching players with the decision making skill of some Bronze monkey manage to reach Diamond by cheesing their way to victory.

I shouldn't be losing games because 3/5 of my team mates chased a Fiddlesticks for 6 seconds, then lost him in some brush and continued chasing while the two of us are spamming pings for them to back off, followed by a triple kill as he ults on top of them.

This is dumb and shit like this shouldn't be happening in every single game at this rating.
