Another mass dc issue?

Just played a remake game where one person on my team was going back and forth dc'ing and two or three people on the other team where also having the exact same issue while my ping was going into the 300's( my ping is rarely above 30 and if it does go up it hits maybe 50 before going right back down). Both teams (at least the people who where in game) where complaining of major issues with their ping in the short time it took to do a remake.
