Role select for blind pick

I searched the forum, but found no asking about this. Most problems with role select is the limitations of 2 role instead of more or less. I think changing it to MMO style would be great (game gives you a list, then you tick the role(s) you like to play, then the timer might scare you), but takes work. However giving the system to blind pick seems a good idea to me, and i think that wouldn't be too hard. I forced to play only half day during weekend, because the lack of players on draft. And on blind everyone just call in instantly, then either go troll, or i play somewhere filling in like old times.
