How to communicate with team mates?

It is a tough day. Winning, losing, Winning, and losing again. I found it is hard to communicate with my team mates. EX 1. enemy team has only one strong dps, an Ez, we had this liss. She basically push hard on lane with no ward vs malphite, then got ganked over and over again. Then malphite started roaming. At this time, she stopped pushing, and also didn't ping for missing, or come bot to help. BTW, i was the jg, I made top and adc fed in early game, but i didn't go mid, cause she pushed to hard. Then later, in team fights, we could win easily, cause their only dps is ez, they have 3 full tanks and the heimer at top lane was not fed. I and our adc told liss to use her E get to enemies back line and ult Ez, cause she really didn't know how to play liss, I don't know why he picked liss in rank. But 3 fights were over, our inhibs were gone, baron was taken. She didn't even use the ult once. the 3 tanks were all focusing on our adc and me , trundle was trying to get their adc, we just need a very hard cc like liss's ult, but she didn't use it. She got plenty chance to use it on Ez, but what he chose was using it at then end of battle on herself when everyone was died and that ult didn't even go off on time.

How to tell her or teach her to use ult on dps in this case? We had pinged on the target and we also typed words to tell this liss, but he just didn't do anything.

Ex 2. Our team had a wukong and yasuo, wukong did engage well, but this yasuo always ult the wrong target, the tanks, we were mad at him. yeah, but we didn't say anything bad to him at the first. Later, after losing second mid turret, He started doing weird thing. He went into the enemy's jg with no vision, or u could clearly tell the enemy team was there. It was not like having a team fight or something, he just went to clean couple monster in enemy jg. And our sup died for trying to save the sure dead man. Then he got caught, enemies went taking our fourth dragon(5 vs 3). So i told him, don't go anywhere with no vision alone. But, again, this time, trying to farm in enemy jg again with out making any vision first. He got caught again, our sup died again for the same reason. We just tried to group mid, man! Wtf. Then enemies took baron, booooom, inhib gone. AGAIN, WE TRIED TO DEFEND, HE WENT OUT FROM BASE AND WENT INTO OUR JG, DIED AGAIN! BOOM LOSE.

All of use, 4 people told him to stay with team, group, he didn't listen! Why man? How to communicate with this kind of people?

These 2 days, I had met too many people like these Liss and Yasuo. They were like drunk or dreaming, How can I help them? It is really hard to win a game with no team work.
