Thats how often theres a single person playing in the game that is as good at me in the plat or diamond level.

Your ranking system does not work.

People boost.

People buy accounts.

People stay in brackets they dont belong.

Fix your system so we have nothing but fairly even games. Why is that so much to ask?

What sort of system do you propose that wouldn't have those issues?

Boosting and buying/selling accounts are both against the rules, so it's hard to stop much more than that.

People might stay in brackets they don't belong in, but matchmaking doesn't take into account the brackets anyway.

Dynamic queue is mostly a success until it starts becoming a train-wreck. The boards are a bad example of the community, although super duper high elo had queue/balance problems. If the underlying problems were fixed, a lot more people wouldn't even care about having a solo queue.

The problem is rito has ignored the subtle problems of:

Above-default-elo to subpar resets making middle of the pack players worse than they should be by forcing them to play out of the low elos. Golds shouldn't really decay into silver ever, its stupid. High elos should definitely have some resets, but its not healthy to have the middle elo in the gutter and have to unfairly play through the sludge just to get back into a marginally equal skill level. Defaulting accounts to an MMR that is actually below the standard ranked player's skill level aka wood V is silver X. Not having a gate into ranked, causing a bunch of noobs that believe they are good when they're just winning vs. other new players that probably casually play league out the game.
