Can we do some QoL changes for the rune pages?

There are some feel bad moments when setting up runes, like for example when I change a secondary tree rune, the rune replaces the second rune in the tree instead of the first. This has caused some pain points for me when quickly setting up a rune page during champion select. I also don't know if they fixed it(I can't remember if it happened recently) but there are times where when you click a rune it didn't remove the options of other rune choices in champion select.
