Can Yoric be turned down a tad?...lol PLEASE

I have gone up against him many times with many champs...and you can't even touch him...and if you do he just throws his life steal ghoul and he's perfectly fine. Played Vlad purposely when I saw he went top and he kills me with just one ghoul..when one of Vlad's abilities is to simply take health. Just makes no sense to me how long the ghouls last..do impact damage and then continue to do damage. Can we turn him down a tad please?

He's had nothing BUT nerfs for a reason. (Save for a single movement speed buff)

Yorick is a lane bully and nothing more. After laning, all he can do is revive someone for a few seconds and then he's pretty much done everything he can in a fight.
