Reworked MORD is OP

There I was playing a nomr match with my top, when after 5 mins of being in a bro lane with a he came close 2 me and took with a basic attack (from his q i guessed) almost 1/3!! of my hp... he waqs squishy af but his dmg was PUUUF! nerf plz ;((
