New Ranked LP System

So, I have a idea about a new Ranked LP System. For the losing team of each match, the amount of points lost should be determined on the separate players scores. Say you had a ADC Miss Fortune at 15-6-10. then say you had a MID Brand at 1-9-7. The points lost for the better player should be about 10 maybe and the feeding player should lose more depending on score 20. Yes I understand that some people do have bad games, and they may not like this system. But myself, I do badly as well sometimes, but overall this system would make a fair amount of the troll/feeders to stop doing just that. Would a player want to troll and purposely lose a match, just to have lost more LP him/herself than to have lost much less for the teammates that did well. Again this system could even link to toxicity and have it so if a number of people reported so and so for being toxic and a bot checked that report and saw that the player was toxic. Than that bot could raise the amount of lp they lost. This system may have a few small things that need fixed, but overall I think it would be a wonderful thing for the team to think about.
