So it took how long supposedly for urf to be changed and Zed and friends weren't disabled in it?

Anyone that plays ARAM knows the RNG decides the game at minute 1. Sure people can't instalock the overpowered champions but if there is a Zed or Fizz in the game? Well it may as well be over because there is no counterplay to them. Thanks for not disabling them so the game mode remains trash.
