I know there are a ton of threads about mana pots right now, but
Why hasn't anyone really discussed the fact that health potions cost a supposed 15g extra and your starting gold is 500? Like are you joking? I'm actually kind of upset right now. Mana champs literally get their potions removed for "changes to mana and regen," and champs that don't have a problem with mana or don't use it just fork over 15 more gold for a potion.
Honestly, players need to know WAY more of the scope of these changes before this kind of thing is implemented. I know there are changes to starting items, but what are they? Are they really going to be as useful as a potion? What is the cost of these changes? Will mana champs just have to worry about health potions, or are they getting more restricted in their early game than before? Are biscuits being removed? Do they just give health? There are a lot of questions that need answers.
I'm honestly very concerned about the state of mana champs versus someone like Zed, whom they NEED the extra mana to simply survive against in lane, or the support role, where champs like Nami, Sona and Soraka are constantly using their mana to poke and keep their ADC from being kicked around. This isn't a complaint thread like "RIOT IS SO STUPID FOR REMOVING POTIONS"
This is a "I am pretty concerned about the state of many of the mana utilizing champions early game" thread. All I want from Riot is some reassurance that mana champions won't be hurt by this, or at least they're getting some sort of trade off for it.
