Multiple Voice Options For NA

I'm just wondering why the new client STILL doesn't have the option to change your voice for NA? I just want to have my Korean instead of English in my game, and I've tried several things (LVOC was my first stop, but unfortunately isn't supported anymore). I just want to have Korean on my NA server account, someone? Anyone?
