What should I play for consistency? In order to rank up?

So my old champions from last season I don't do well with anymore after a long break. I want to rank up and am looking for some general easy to play picks for all lanes and roles. I'm not looking to be Faker or something like that just consistency. Only thing I do well with is Warwick and Sion but I don't want to play the same two champs over and over again.

You should pick somebody who doesn't get consistently buffed or nerfed. Things like jax.

Ryze there play him. If you get good and consistant with him you'll be able to rank up. Since he's current sitting below 40% winrate he is so underpowered you'll have to increase your skills to win.

FYI : No champion is meant for all roles. Thresh used to be able to, then they nerfed Attackspeed built on him.

yorick is my best champion by far. Hes tanky and very versatile. With relic shield on you can do support, this way both you and your adc get gold and exp when you kill a minion, not to mention you heal the adc some as well. Pluss his wall and mist shot give great capture and suppression. then if you need to leave lane you can always leave mist maiden in the bot lane to keep assisting your adc.

In top lane he hits hard and can make most tanks fall to their knees. Playing strategically with him you can also counter most of his counters following up their build with a counter.

In jungle hes slow and cumbersome but once hes level 6 he can walk around in the jungle with mist maiden taking camps almost as fast as Ivern.

Then yasuo is there too.

Is also very versatile finding a spot in each position simply with what you were given at the start of the game.

Those are the 2 most versatile champs I can think of. but in all honesty I think you better off just finding what champ fits who you think you are. Using a champ you like because of their abilities is nice and all, but a champ you connect with makes it easier to learn them and helps you find your place with them.
