Pyke and Sona bot?

Ok. Firstly, I'm sorta new to League and this is also my first post here so if this is in the wrong place sorry. Let me know and I'll put it where I should.

After looking at some gameplay with Pyke and seeing his kit, I feel pretty strongly like he would fit the role of an ADC with a hard scaling support such as Sona with an AP build, especially if they have decent CC. As in... lane smashing combo sort of synergy. I'm just thinking theoretically as to what this could do. If you want to tear me to shreds and say why it won't work please do, it will legitimately probably help me understand this game better.

Pyke's wave clear doesn't seem great, but maybe with (for even more gold splitting to scale your support as hard as possible, almost certainly wouldn't upgrade it, just sell it once you're close to full build) and for extra wave clear before lvl 6 I feel like he would be fine.

And of course after level six for Pyke, Sona's empowered E auto (or just her ult of course) could make enemy champs very easy to hit, allowing Pyke to chain his E stun (especially if they're only slowed, as that then disables summs) and ult on them while they can't flash for an easy kill. This combo would just force the enemy lane to play passively as far as I can tell.

Sona between her Q, W, and empowered autos, can fair decently(?) in a game of poke while Pyke farms and regens with his passive if he gets poked harder than sona can quickly heal. Pyke's general kit sort of dissuades diving at the sona, allowing her to poke even more aggressively?

With Sona building AP, and Pyke probably building health/ad (for damage obviously) with CDR or maybe life steal, that just sounds uncontestable in lane when it scales.

This seems sort of dumb but I feel like it could work stupidly well.

What I was thinking:

Sona first buy:

Pyke: with one of two other buys: and and or with (control or oracle for denying vision, allowing him to heal in the bushes by destroying wards in there obviously)

With Sona probably going boots then rushing ardent or lich for a lvl 6 all in, and pyke building AD or health with CD (I admit I really only know AP items because I'm pretty new sorry), that just sounds unstoppable.

... Just a theoretical lane idea that seems extremely powerful from my (admittedly very inexperienced) perspective, wondering what anyone who actually knows how to play this game thinks?
