Jinx Nerfs much needed.

Her Q does not need to gain range when activated... like why would it, kinda defeats the purpose of building Rapid Firecannon. Her W slow needs removed. Want to compensate her with an ACTUAL buff, make her E an instant proc and not a delayed one. Kind of a stupid spell to be chased and then relying on CC that doesn't even work. Especially for someone so immobile like Jinx.
