Leaving the game

Second game in a row, i got an afk. Is it possible for riot to make the LP losses smaller if you have an AFK player in your team. I believe that it isn't fair for a player who wins lane against a camille, is 4 0 in laning phase and then he looses even though, his team wasn't doing bad and his team was in the lead in kills. The /remake doesn't help because players van leave after the 3rd minute. And you cant do $#it about it. I believe this is better in higher divisions, but in silver where i am now it is the worst. For me this is the biggest problem in lower divisions. So is it possible that a system that would at least replace your afk with a bot (CS:GO) or allow other players to join in and play as the guy who left (I believe in DoTA). Can something like this happen? Because it really sucks to loose a game because of an afk player. TY
