PROJECT: Ekko

Recently I played draven mid, (don't judge me) And I was against an ekko. I'm proud to say I stomped, but I found his flashy q effect very hard on my eyes... It is a white blink that is very distracting, and it seems the hitbox is larger then usual, can this be looked at please?
