Dear Riot Games. Fix your foking game

Ok first of all fix your game, I'm always getting Bronze players on my team eventough im Silver 2 and in every game they flame their asses of when they're 0/12 go soraka adc and blame me the Jungler I report them they get away with it. But when I get reported I always get chat restrictions. So please fix your god damn game Riot >:([slayer-jinx-unamused]
