This buff is unbalanced. AD champions are enhanced AD but AP champions AP is not enhanced. will be misused by strengthening base AD. AP champions are not exist in season 8. All AD META IS COMING!

ahri base hp and hp growth-------yellow rune she will lose red rune, blue rune and purple rune.
