Summoners

I know that you guys want to fix the runes and how they effect the game play but one thing that I have been thinking is summoner they could use a lot of work since almost every person uses flash there is no real reason to pick anything else no reason to go without it. I think it would be nice to rework the summoners and make them around the champs that we have now since they have not really be updated with all the new champs that have came out other than the time of tele taking longer anyways this is just a thought.
