I think its time we lookedat Singed's passive

As the mage items have been getting updated it seems that less and less does Singed find synergy with these items. instead most of the items that are really good on him are ones like . If we look at teh few mana giving items in the game: : Not a bad item if you look at it nothing that singed cant use but makes him more squishy and unable to fill his role as tanky disruption/peel : Again not a bad item but with the changes cant make much use of the new passive and stall Singed's already slow scaling : Why you would build this on Singed is beyond me : its okay offers no tanking but some good ap and a good shield but singed only scales kinds okay with AP : Probably the only item that has mana on it that is actually wroth getting but kind situational and the CDR isnt really nessecary So these items are not BAD on Singed but they are not the best purchases you can make so why does he have a passive that promotes less optimal builds?
