New Champselect Problems

Personally when i play ranked games i don't ban champions. I'm not at all trolling or anything like that. just in my play style i don't like to ban champs. i like to leave up the "op" picks open just to see if we get them and by not banning then that leaves multiple strong champions open for us to pick even if we aren't first pick. Most people try to tell me to just ban random champions, but i don't like to do that because what if i ban out the 1 Yorick player in ranked. then get flamed ive noticed the least amount of problems when i just dont ban. but with the new feature it would not allow me to do this. Anything i can do?
