Just noticed something here.....

I was playing Rengar, just clearing the jungle. Then I attacked a plant. My passive went on cooldown, meaning I would not lose ferocity stacks in that time, but my serrated dirk did not go on cooldown, so I didn't lose the out of combat movement speed. I was just thinking if you were going to look at this because it makes no sense to me. If you are in combat, Rengar's passive AND serrated dirk would go on cooldown, but this doesn't seem to happen when you attack a plant. So, yeah...
