@Riot: Remove the healing from Irelia's ult if it's not meaningful in team fights

You will NEVER heal for more than 200 HP in a fight with Transcendent Blades, but heal more off minions! Where's the sense in that?

If all that ult's good for is a Sheen proc'er, then why not remove the healing to allow better functionality in other places?
