Server Lag

So, over the last week or so (especially the last couple days), I have noticed what I call phantom lag. My ping is fine, 50-60 max, my frames can max out at about 300, capped at 60 though. However, I have noticed that when I am playing that my actions and inputs seem very delayed lately, often resulting in me dying from them, while my on screen ping and frames maintain the same. All these riots bugs are seriously getting out of control.

I have a rather good pc and internet provider, this appears to be purely on leagues end.

Am I the only noticing this phantom lag?
