AFK penalty in ranked

So my thought was that having a player AFK in ranked is probably one of the most frustrating things that a player can experience in league. My proposal would be that the LP loss from a game with an AFK player would be more heavily placed on the player who has left play. As in they would receive half the LP loss from their teammates. For example in a game where the members of the losing team would each lose 20 LP, each of the contributing members would only lose 10 LP, and the player who has left would lose 60LP (20(self)+40(team)) assuming we are in summoners rift.

I think this would serve to a)Prevent players from leaving when they are behind b)Make people question whether they have enough time to finish a game before starting c)Make having a player leave be more bearable for those who are still playing.

This is the best solution to this problem that I could think of. What do you all think.
