Auto attack timer is past due

Especially with how much variance in attack speed there is in this season due to new runes, it's becoming too hard to play ADC optimally if it's not your main role, or even if it is and you're playing a champion you rarely play, or have to adapt your build such that you have a different attack speed than you're used to.

The burden of knowledge here is too big. It's reaching a point where a visual indicator is needed.
