Missing Old League

To start things off I am not whining about the new meta :p... well kind of. Zz'rot portal and Banner of Command is just getting old. Every game it seems someone will play some really tanky champ and build these items. Then they only stay in that lane (mainly top or sometimes jungle). It just takes the fun out of it for me. I agree that it is a great tactic that is working right now, but the since of not being able to leave top lane because the Rammus top will push as fast as an adc really brings me down. I just want a change. Season 5 had a really tanky meta, and it has followed over to season 6. It is getting harder for people to play champs like and . You know the assassins we loved to play in the earlier seasons. is also tiring to see ( but I do love it ;) ). Every game just feels the same, and that is not what league used to be to me. I miss the times where we could go into a game and have no idea what we are going to go against. There were no "op" champions, there was no "meta". Like don't get me wrong here I know people can still play assassins especially with the new item , but what I am saying that I believe that some of the items that are being added to the game are slowly killing our game that we all love. I want to join a game and see that person who decides to play a champ based on how much fun they have with them. I am tired of people playing champs that they only think are good because someone said it was "meta", and then get mad at their fellow players because they are not doing as well as they thought they would. Sorry about the long speech guys, and thanks for reading. Bring fun back to league and play things that you love to play, and not just because someone told you they were "meta". Cause our community is fun, our game is fun, and most of all we need to ignite that passion to try new things and not judge others for trying new things.
