Master Yi; A Gameplay Update

(This post is tentative to change over time!)

So Master Yi is in a current spot of what I like to call the "solo queue noob stomper" in an uncoordinated environment and one where players do not know what they are doing he thrives... thrives a little too well at times, or he will fall flat on his face and be useless having no middle ground, this is a problem. Few things I want to do here is make him less frustrating to go against for the casual player, make him viable in high skill play, and have him more unique rather than a basic attacking melee champion (this overlaps with marksmen too much, which is a problem because for a high damage melee AA to work it would have to be so disgustingly overpowered which is not good for game health reasons).

Will my ideas upset some players? Probably. Can you provide feedback on the subject matter? Yes, you certainly can and is recommended to do so.

Patient Killer (Passive): Master Yi's basic abilities all have 1 second static cooldowns and so he creates Wuju Tokens every 4 seconds whenever he is standing still out of combat up to a maximum of 10 held at one time. Basic attacks against large units reduce the creation time by 1 second on-hit.

Alpha Strike (Q): Cost: 2 Wuju Tokens + 50 Mana; Range: 525 units Master Yi gains 400 units bonus range to his next basic attack to quickly dash to his target dealing 15/30/45/60/75(+20%AD) bonus true damage.

Meditation Blast (W): Cost: 4 Wuju Tokens + 60/65/70/75/80 Mana; Range: 600 units Passive: Whenever Master Yi is currently standing still out of combat he begins to mediate healing himself for 6/12/18/24/30(+10%AP) health per second.

Active: Master Yi hones in on the energy within to unleash a powerful blast around him after a brief delay dealing 70/110/150/190/230(+50%AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and slowing them down by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2 seconds.

Double Strike (E): Cost: 1 Wuju Token + 35 Mana; Range: 400 units; Cone: 75 degrees Master Yi strikes twice in the target direction in a cone dealing 40/45/50/55/60(+40/45/50/55/60%AD) physical damage each strike to all enemies struck, the first enemy struck by each strike takes damage from any on-hit effects Master Yi may have.

Double Strike's projectile speed increases with Master Yi's bonus attack speed and the delay between strikes greatly decreases.

Highlander (R): Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana Passive: Champion kills or assists grant Master Yi 2/3/4 Wuju Tokens.

Active: Master Yi becomes immune to slows, gains 20/25/30% bonus movement speed (doubled when moving towards enemy champions), and gains 40/55/70% bonus attack speed for the next 5 seconds.
