LeaveBuster Help Please

So I like LeaveBuster, its a great system and i am glad it exists. However, there is nothing more frustrating than the cumulative leave times. I rarely end up leaving a game and only did it once on purpose. I realize it BMs my fellow summoners when i happens but it is really frustrating for instance, last night I was doing awful my first Shaco game. I was mad and kicked my wall under my desk which messed u the power supply to my router and computer. I was internet-less for the evening and I wanted to but couldn't get back to my game. I fixed it this morning but I went to play and have a 20 minute leavebuster. I don't mind getting leave busted for what happened but the fact that penalties from over 5 months ago still have me up to 20 minutes is a bit maddening. Please help Riot, is there a way for me to reduce my leave buster time back down. At the very least let me access my runes masteries and store while I wait for the 20 minutes to be up.

TLDR: I want to be able to access my summoner profile while in queue with LeaveBuster and Leave buster penalties should decay eventually
