The whole game needs an update

The ranked system got 2 new ranks and a big update to it so now lets talk about another problems in the game

Like Ban system sucks why getting a perma ban for flaming? even a high elo players and streamers flame like Nb3 and Solorenektontop and others the problem in this game is getting a perma ban for flaming this system sucks and it should be changed like playing in the same email for 3 years in a row and when flaming u gets a perma ban ! what's the point of this? thats why league is dying,there a lot of players used to play league in past seasons and left it when got banned for flaming thats peace of sht Ban system should be changed forever and I know that some players will replay to me (U shouldn't flame bla bla bla,its ur fault bla bla bla,I checked ur opgg and u bronze bla bla bla u trash bla bla)
