In regards to poppy's rework! Riot, please read my thread and please tell me what you think.

Hey all.

I am looking forward to playing Poppy when her rework is implemented into the game, and I am praying that it is not too late to change up most of her abilities in one way or another. First off, I am a huge Thor Fan. You will never find another more obsessed Thor maniac on this earth, other than myself. So yes my suggestions are definitely based upon a very strong opinion of the Thunder God himself. Anyway! Let's begin! PASSIVE: IRON AMBASSADOR Every several seconds, Poppy throws her buckler as her basic attack, gaining range and bonus magic damage. Once thrown, Poppy can pick up her buckler to gain a shield, but if an enemy walks over her buckler, they’ll temporarily destroy it. If Iron Ambassador kills the target, the buckler returns to Poppy instead of falling to the ground.

LOGIC Poppy is clearly carrying a massive hammer. Massive enough to require 2 hands to wield. The buckler needs to go. It's throwing off the entire vibe of Poppy's new rework. In this sense, she would be throwing her hammer, but that does not mean she can't use the rest of her abilities/attack obviously. Olaf throws his axe and still has both axes in hands, etc.

Q: HAMMER SHOCK Poppy smashes the ground, dealing damage and slowing enemies in a small area. After a moment, the crushed ground erupts, dealing the same amount of damage again.

LOGIC Poppy actually Throws Her Hammer at the ground. She does not swing a massive hammer blow and crush the ground. I need to suggest one of 2 things. Firstly, if you decide to keep the animation as a Throw, than this needs to have a more/a lot more range. If you decide to keep it as "Poppy smashes the ground" this means that it's a melee attack, which I am also okay with, but needs to look awesome. Whether she crushes the ground holding the hammer in one hand and swinging it down or holding it with both hands, definitely needs a change. Personally, I really, really like the idea of Poppy throwing her hammer like she does, with one hand, and it does NOT tumble end over end, it just flies straight and into the ground at X amount of range. Yes it's more or less like Olaf's Q, but still awesome.

W: STEADFAST PRESENCE Passive: Poppy gains bonus Armor and Magic Resist. This bonus is doubled if Poppy is below 40% health. Active: Poppy gains Movement Speed. While Steadfast Presence is active, she creates a magic barrier around her, stopping enemy dashes and dealing magic damage to enemies.

NEW W: STEADFAST PRESENCE Passive: Poppy gains bonus Armor and Magic Resist. This bonus is doubled if Poppy is below 40% health. Active: Poppy gains Movement Speed. While Steadfast Presence is active, she emits a powerful force out from her body, stopping enemy dashes and dealing magic damage to enemies.

LOGIC I would suggest you have this ability emitting from her character model, rather than just a giant circle around her model. Adds that "mightyness" to her.

E: HEROIC CHARGE Poppy tackles an enemy, dealing physical damage and carrying them forward. Poppy deals additional physical damage and stuns the enemy if they collide with terrain.

NEW E: HEROIC CHARGE Poppy launches herself hammer-head first toward her target while holding onto the handle of her mighty hammer, carrying the enemy forward. Potentially crushing her enemy into the terrain of the fields of justice. Poppy deals additional physical damage and stuns the enemy if they collide with terrain.

LOGIC How is this not better than what you have already? This would not only be an amazing animation, but a complete over-all improvement on Poppy's new "Hammer-Dedicated" theme

Only the animation! This Ult is absolutely awesome and I love it! But having a giant hammer all of a sudden protrude from the ground is cheesy! Yes to the giant fissure, no to the hammer protruding from the ground. That's all.

Guy's, I understand some/most of you may disagree with what I have brought up but I am begging you to give my suggestions some thought. I am really hoping this thread gets a lot of attention and I truly, TRULY, hope that what I have suggested becomes reality. Thanks for taking a read through. I put a lot of thought into it and I hope what I have brought forth will be manifested.
