Have the TT rewards gone out yet?

I played a great deal of Twisted Treeline when it got reworked in 2012, I likely played at least 50 games, definitely more than 10, but I haven't received any of the rewards on my account. Is it because I switched from NA to EUW servers in season 6? I'd be immensely disappointed if they stiffed me out of my rewards for that, so I'm hoping I'm just dumb and the rewards haven't gone out yet.
